Bu Majordomo has incorporated the technology and business expertise of MOMSAVE and MOMSOLE, which was founded by Majordomoes former CEO Mihir Jain and a team of engineers.
The acquisition was made by Bu Majo, the largest real estate developer in India with a portfolio of over 40,000 sq m.
The deal was completed in the first quarter of 2018.
Bu Majomos senior vice president, acquisitions, Mihiri Jain, said that the MOMSCORE acquisition will help to enhance the M&M platform.
Bu Majo has invested over Rs 2,000 crore in the MAMI platform.
Bu-Momo, which is also a leading developer of real estate-related solutions, has invested more than Rs 2.5 crore in MAMI, including in the real estate business.
BuMomo is also looking to expand its business into digital technology.
Bu Momo has also bought a stake in the Mumbai-based software firm M-Lab, which specializes in mobile apps.MAMI was started in 2004 by Dr. Bijay Shastri, who founded a company called MOMOSystems, which created the first smart home products.
Dr. Shastre was instrumental in building the MUMA (Smart Home Infrastructure) segment.MOMOSsystems is currently in talks with several of the biggest real estate firms in India, including DLF, Tata, M&M, and J& ; Jamsheed.
The MOMM, a digital smart home software, has been developed by a team headed by Dr Shastren.
The company has over 2,400 registered users and has over 30 million registered users across the country.
MOM, which has an estimated market capitalisation of over Rs 4,500 crore, is one of the fastest growing companies in India.
The MAMI software is widely used in the residential market.
It is currently used in about 70 lakh properties.
The new MAMI-MUMA partnership will help MOM in its efforts to create a digital platform that is ready for the 21st century.
The two companies will also work on a platform that will enable the creation of smart homes in the market.
